What is going on at Woolies Online????

I have been ordering food at Woolies Online for a long time. But something is wrong at the shop where the Pretoria area gets orders from. During the past few weeks I could not order milk online, ordered bread but did not receive it, nobody phoned like they normally do tell me that stock is out of order and asked whether I need something else. The orders just goes into this black hole and you hope for the best. Yesteday I did not receive chicken livers, milk, bread, cucumbers and frankly I don't know what else I did not get. I now have to go into a store and buy these things. Whats the purpose of online shopping then? Why is the service so bad? I live in Zwartkop x7, Centurion. I have been using this service for over 2 years - what is going on?????
