What has happened to Woolworths clothing department?

Their clothing has taken a turn for the worst. Their items are not trendy and, quite honestly, boring and drab! I hardly shop there anymore. In addition, some of the staff on the floor are not what I'd expect from a retail giant - unhelpful, not knowledgeable and not friendly.
