What happens to Woolworths sausage?

I bought sausage at Wollies at Forest Hill Mall, of course trusting Woolworths with the best quality. To my disappointment the sausage turned into mince when I prepared t. I was extremely embarrassed as I was preparing for guests. A friend had stopped me when I tried to buy at another store and adviced we go to Wollies, I agreed and we drove all the way. Just to be disappointed
