No shop attendant to be found at the men's department. Asked an attendant (security) where I could find the person. She mentioned that he is in the stock room and she would have him called. I waited for 20 minutes and no-one arrived to assist me. 20 Minutes is a long time for a loyal customer. I wasted over 2 hours of my life due to service problems with Woolworths this week. There was another incident that has been reported internally. Time costs money! I am tempted to close my account after so many years and loyalty!
