What great service!

I mailed Woolworths about a product I had a problem with. I really didn't expect any refund etc but just wanted to bring to their attention the problem with the product so that they could look into it. They were fantastic! They came back to me after contacting their supplier, and were so apologetic for the fault. I really felt listened to and valued. Thank you Woolies!
