WHAT DOES YOUR POLICY SAY???

I just to the woolworths in Cavendish mall to return a dress that my boyfriend had purchased for me and the manager there who goes by the name of Jodie refused to take the dress saying it is new and that none of the stores in Cape town have sold the dresses..Really??? how is that any of my problem and in all honesty i do not believe that she went on to inform me that i must ask my boyfriend who bought the dress for me where he had bought the dress and how he paid for the dress,what nonsense is that?? i told my bf that the dress suits me just fine now i must go back to him and ask him where he bought the dress and how he paid?? that is ridiculous!!
