WHAT A JOKE !!!

What a joke ! I have a black woolworths credit card . I have been retrenched and I have submitted my retrenchment claim in January 2021 . To date no update . You call they can’t help you . They say your documents are stamped when they stamped . The incompetency is a joke !!! You pay for this type of insurnace yet you get no service . You pay for nothing !!! So I’m being handed over now due to WOOLWORTHS being *********** to process my claim for my card to be paid up each month . I will NEVER use this card ever again ! And will NEVER recommend anyone to get one .
