What a gem!

Popped into Woolworths Coffee Shop on the 22 December. Had such terrific service from Sheila. I was a bit under the weather (went to the doc the next day and I had bronchitis). I kept asking Sheila to bring me glass after glass of water because I was so thirsty. She surprised me by bringing a jug of water to the table, without me prompting her. She was sincerely concerned about me and really went out of her way to check up on me. It is rare to find such great service. Thank you Sheila! Keep smiling ... Woolworths is lucky to have you!
