What a bad service

<p>I bought a size 12 pants for work, navy and it was a bit tight for work I decided to exchange for a size 14, however it turned out that the material of the pants becomes loose after you wear them for an hour or so, I decided to return the pants and fetch the previous size 12. The lady at the till told me they might not be able to exchange the pants and she called manager to verify this (because I wore the pants). The manager did not even listen to my story and told me they can't help me!! My issue is that how was I suppose to know that the pants become bigger than the said size once you wear them?? Secondly I have never been asked why I am returning items at woolworths before why now?? Besides what is the quality of this David Jones product if I have to return the pants seriously... I am ****ed beyond! What a disgrace of service, what drop to the standard of woolworths. They have just lost a family of 5 which buys everything with them... </p>
