WFS Woolworths misappropriate your funds

I deposited R20 000 into my Woolworths credit card on 7/4/21.Today its 15/4/21 still not appearing in account.I have sent proof of payment etc.Nobody gives a sh.t. This is how money disappears not to talk about the non existent customer service.
