WFS what Next Please tell me

I have tried for a year to get my paid up letters for the 3 accounts i had at woolworths!! On the 31/12/19 i get a email from *** to say that one account not setteld! But have all 3 settelment letters and 3 proof of payments to say its paid up? Please Woolworhts what now! After a year of having endless **** with u please tell me what i must do next
