WFS Service is shockingly poor!

Woolworths, I rave about you store because everything is an amazing experience, but my goodness stay away from finance. I was issued a credit card and I cannot register on their online banking portal as I get an error. I can phone until I am blue in my face, I can email and guess what, no one can help and I get sent the steps to register (DAYS later). How can your customer service be this poor? I am promised on the phone someone will sort it out each time and I still sit and wait without being able to register on your online banking site. Stay away from getting a credit card, you will be frustrated if you have a query.
