WFS - *********** staff and no feedback

<p>I requested a credit limit increase on my WW black credit card on 17th June. Sent through 3 month's bank statements on the same day. Received no feedback despite their automated email saying i would receive feedback within 48 hours. Phoned yesterday. Consultant said that my limit increase to R9000 was approved (I actually asked for R10 000) and that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the limit to update. This morning i received an sms stating that i must send through the latest 3 months proof of income for my limit increase. Please explain what is going on. I thought that WW black credit cards get preferential treatment. Clearly not if I have to follow up with them. Perhaps when i close this account then they will react.</p>
