WFS cannot resolve a query

I have been in contact with WFS to resolve the issue that I cannot get into my online banking profile. I have spent hours on the phone going from WFS customer care to Absa customer care to WW black credit card customer care to WW technical and so on and so on...... You would think they want their clients to transact on the always increasing credit they give you. Closing the account!!!!!
