Hi my name is Katlego i had a woolies credit card account then i went under debt review my account was handed over then my account number was changed been trying to get a paid up letter with original account number to date i am still failing as the company that i went under debt review with they cant assist me without the paid up letter with original account number they asked for for confirmation letter Woolworth refuse to help me out i am currently under the red flag because i cant get a clearance certificate both companies refused to help me out ' if there is anyone who is willing to help me out please help .
