Website desighners poor

For the past months my wife reveived e-mail from WW, unfortunally my wife recieve her e-mail on my vodacomail account, now for more than a month, i UNSUBSCRIBE everytime i still reveice this spam e-mails, if you submit a unsubscribe , it show cleary that it will take 7 days to be declared unsubscribe, but now already a month????please fire your website master and listen when a client does'nt want to reveice spam mail from your Company!!!!
