We cannot buy online but they can take our money online

I just wanted to share my experience of how ridiculous it is that Woolworths can take payment on the app monthly but you have to buy in the store before you can buy with your account online. I’ve missed out on amazing pieces because I live in a small town and in store they will not have everything that is available online. I don’t even know how many times we need to buy in store to be able to buy online because my account card is blocked from buying online because of this ridiculous condition. Why do they take money to pay on the app but we cannot buy on it when we pay consistently. I’m very confused and angry about this because I cannot make online purchases. They seriously need to review this policy.
