Watery Milk

I bought long life full cream milk at Westgate Mall, the whole 6 pack is watery its fat free milk, I called woolworths and they said I must send them an email with the picture of the milk to assist me further which I have done, I recieved an auto reply saying they will call me back, Im still waiting for thier call. Ref number for the call***.
