WATERFALL AND MAGALIES VIEW WOOLIES GREAT SERVICE

Last Saturday the 21st of February I went to Woolies waterfall mall in Rustenburg, I was looking for a rainbow cake but couldn’t find it on shelves, I then asked the lady( I forgot to take her name but she’s dark but not too dark, she was packing bread)who’s an employee there if they have rainbow cakes instore she advised me that they don’t have, I then asked her if I could find it at Magalies View, she then left what she was doing and gave me her attention, she asked me to follow her as she want to call Magalies View to check if they have it, luckily they had it in stock, the lady she was communicating with told her that she’s going to put it aside for me, when I get to the store I must ask for her,if I’m not mistaken her name is Gloria, indeed when I got to the store I did exactly that, I asked the security guard about her who welcomed me nicely then directed me to the reception lady at the exit door, I’m not sure of the reception lady’s name but she directed me to Gloria. What an efficient and smooth service I received from your employees. Keep up the good work ladies, you gave me a great service.
