WATER INSTEAD OF JUICE

I bought the 4 for R75 juice special from you guys like I usually do however this time around 1 of the juice cartons had water in them instead of orange juice. Now I'm not sure if it was from the woolies in Clear Water mall or the 1 in Lifestyle Crossing cause those are the ones I usually go to. I was very shocked that this would happen since Woolies prides itself in customer satisfaction...please be aware that I'm probably not the only 1 who has encountered this now the problem is I do not have the receipt to prove my purchase. This sort of thing can really make your customers wary of shopping from you guys like I am now, this has planted a seed of doubt in my mind. I really enjoy your food and the specials and I hope you can beef up on security or at least find the culprits.
