Watch out for WFS

Not impressed with Woolworths financial services, my accounts are closed with them but on my profile they show as active, even confirmed that they were closed yet on my Credit report it shows my Credit card as active as they have not seen fit to update the credit bureau, I have enquired several times but nothing
