Wasting people's time

I was offered a Woolworths credit card was told to go to Cresta and they will print it .went to Cresta and they told me their card printer has been broken for the last 2 weeks they then phoned head office who said I could go to sandton sandton printed a card but couldn't put in a pin and said I must go to Cresta I then told them to cancel it as I don't have the time or petrol to waste because they are useless. Your call center then has the cheek to phone me and tell me I need to phone in and cancel my application going to take this further with the fsb
