Wasting my time

I visit the Bryanston Woolworths often and regularly purchase coffee from their coffee counter. However, at this store (and this one only), you cannot pay for any items at the coffee counter. So you queue for your coffee and then have to go an queue again to pay for other items you want to purchase. This is not the practice at any other Woolworths store and in fact not anywhere else in the civilized world! Why do you insist on making it hard for me to buy from you? <br> <br> Bet you a Grande Cappucino you'll come up with some stupid illogical response and defend this ridiculous practice.
