Waste of time clear lack of care or customer service!!!

I app**** online and via the app got provisionally approved 2 weeks ago, ive had no feedback, response except submit ID, and relevant documents which i also have emailed to the correct email address 4 times, the terrible customer service or application process is wasting my time.....I advised today if you can't get it right then simply cancel my application....I'm quiet annoyed at the lack of clear admin skills or service and lack thereof, if this is only the start Imagine later or trying to allocate payments....
