Waste of time and petrol

So last night I needed a few essentials which I also get at woolies. Checked the trading hours of woolies Grassy park and a number of listings indicated that there trading hours are 09:00 to 21:00. Got there at 20:01 PM and to my surprise and disappointment after travelling more than 12 - 15 km they were closing. The security at the door was extremely rude. When I requested to speak with the manager he refused and nearly caught my hand in the door when slamming it close.<br> <br> I am extremely upset and would like this addressed. Furthermore please ensure that the website is updated so that people are not incorrectly informed and in a position where they have wasted petrol to get to a store they thought would be open.
