waste of time and oxygen !!

I would give the woolworths store in jeffreys bay 0 stars if it was possible.. definitely the worst experience i had by far with any woolworths store. My mom has a personal account with woolworths and there is a monthly debit order that gets deducted which she never knew about, every month she went into the store to pay her loan on the same day as the debit order, last months she only noticed the debit order, when she went in to the store and queried them about the situation, they phoned head office askind them to refund the money into my mom's bank account, it's been 4 weeks and still no money has been refunded, yet the money was reversed on her loan account, when i asked them why they can't refund it to her in cash, they ignored me as if they didn't hear the question. THIS STORE IS PATHETIC, they have no idea how to treat their customers, the manager couldn't even help us, they have untrained and unsupervised staff. DO BETTER, my mom still hasn't received her money which was supposed to be refunded last week, every week it's a new excuse. ********S is an understatement !!
