waste of my time

On 3.11.15 I went to Woolworths in Pinetown to apply for a store card. I was told that I required an ID and 3 months pay slips. The next day I returned to the store with these documents and continued with my application. The cosultant informed me that all was in order and I should return in an hour for my Card. I told her that I would return the following day. We all agreed, on the 5.11.2015 I went back in hopes of reciving my card only to be asked by a diferent consultant for my pay slips. I told her that I provided it yesterday and copies were made. She the proceeded to capture some of my details, only to finally tell me that I will have to wait for 2 day for an ITC check. What on earth did they do the previous day??? I told them to cancel my card as I needed it for the weekend. With Service like that I am happy that I don't have a card with them. Just matter of factly, I have accounts with most other retailers and have never had this problem. It should also be mentioned that the previous week I was sent via post a pre-approved credit card from this very same Company. You can keep it Woolworths. Thanks.
