Waste of my money

<p>On the 14.04.2017 I went to Woolworhts in Canal walk to buy my daughter a pair of rider boots which cost me R299. My daughter was not with me to fit it on. Last week, my daughter had the boots on to school for the first time and came home crying, saying her feet was sore the whole day. This morning (05.05.2017) I went into your store in Adderley street, Cape Town to exchange the boots for a bigger size and I was told they cannot exchange it because it was worn. I explained to the supervisor that it was only worn once! These boots does not fit my daughter and I have wasted a whole R300 because Woollies does not want to exhcnage it or give my money back! I need someone to sort this out asap as I am very upset about this!</p>
