WARNING-Woolies online groceries a no go...

WARNING - DONT ORDER GROCERIES ON LINE at Woolworths.... the lockdown is not the reason for bad service. I’ve been trying to order groceries on line from Woolworths for at least two years now. After spending hours compiling my groceries list on their site, they r always out of stock of 75% of your order and then when they do deliver a further 10% of your order is not delivered meaning you end up having to go yourself to the shop only to find plenty of stock of the missing items from your original online list on the shelves. Try phoning them to complain and they end up saying “I’m sorry but Woolworths pavilion (Dbn) dont have stock of those items” yet when you visit that shop yourself the next day the shelves r full of the missing items. I stopped trying this service for a year and then, i tried again about 2 months ago thinking they might have sorted themselves out but no... same “no stock” story ... out of the 63 items I ordered I only got 16 delivered. I can only hope that this lockdown will make Woolworths “on line groceries” realize their shortcomings and fix it or not offer this service at all. It’s such a pity because Woolworths food is the best, but, wow, their online groceries side lets them down Really Really Really badly.
