Walkmate school shoes that has factory faulty

Last month I bought walkmates school shoes online, within 2days I recoeved my order and I was very happy about that. After few days I just realized that the shoes have different shapes in the front part and my son already wore the shoes. I took the shoes back at the store they refused to exchanged them even though they can see there's a factory fault and they were rude I will never set my foot at Durban woolworths in West street then I sent an email the response I got one of them will get back to me till today never recieved feedback
