Waiting and wasting time, only to be told "no stock"

Waited 25 min in a Slow queue at Cresta branch for a take away Chai tea, only to be told there is no stock... Could we not be told before we waisted our time waiting, or at least put up a sign? Expect better service from Woolworths! Can we not buy the Chai tea powder from Woolworths anywhere?
