Waiting 2 Months for a Refund

Made an online purchase on the 23 September 2020. The amount was reserved on my card, but the order was cancelled because they didn't have stock. The only reason I found out was because I called to ask if I could pick up my order earlier.

I didn't receive any email to say that the order had been cancelled, and only received a call during my pick up slot.

Sent several emails about poor ethics and most recently sent an email on Monday (30 November 2020), to say that I STILL haven't been refunded the amount. Which now means that I need to sort it out with my bank and pay for the reversal to be done!
