Waited over 30min to get assistance

I came to woolworths to query a payment on my credit card which is not showing. After waiting for the lady to get me help I walk around the store to get some items I ask the lady at the floor to please take my child to the bathroom as she can no longer hold it. I do ask this at other stores like East Gate and for children they make an exception but for some reason today I had to walk out and take her through. Do I go back and shop there again. .....After such ??????
