Voucher for new store card impossible to get

Opened up a Woolworths Card. Supposed to get a voucher. Was told the voucher would be loaded on the app. Went into the app and no voucher loaded, was told again I need to link the card on my app, the app gives no option to link the card. Continuous back and forth for this simple voucher. Very frustrating! Not what I expect from woolworths.
