Virtual Store Card!

If I could give half a star I would! Tell me why it says when you use your virtual store card (before your actual card arrives) that you can bring either your drivers or ID. My husband lost his ID (but managed to get a certified copy) has his passport as well with him, but can’t use his Drivers? When it clearly states you can!! Even a certified copy of his ID isn’t accepted???? How does this work???? The airports which are a massive business accepts ID/Drivers etc but woolies thinks they are funny. I actually cant believe how this works. I wonder if they will allow my husband whose card it is pick it up without his original ID?? Even though he has all his other documents and certified copy of his ID. Goodness, must I call his mother to come and prove that it is him or what??

Just unessecary nonsense to worry about! Making life so difficult. Makes me not want to buy anything from your store because you put up such a fuss.
