Virtual card offline

So disappointed with Woolies, I came to purchase a few items (Umlazi Mega City) & I'm currently using a virtual card... but the virtual card was nowhere to be found on my app - 2.5 hours waiting for the virtual card to work but nothing, no SMS notifying clients about the problem. Really disappointed with Woolies.
