Virtual card not working in store

I forgot my card and wanted to get my baby warm clothes as he got wet by the rain. One of the staff employees helped me a virtual card on my Woolworths app . To my suprised was told can’t use the card coz I don’t have my ID yet I did the virtual card on the store. I tried to ask the store manager for assistant but she still insisted on the Id. What’s the point of a store card if we have to use our ID . So mad .
