Vincent customer care is ****ed up!!

I've had a bad experience with Woolworths called them 5weeks ago requesting an IBT to King for a shoe i saw online it was supposed to take only 3weeks but now im still running after them regarding the shoe. Whats worse is i asked to speak to the manager but was told its he's on tea imagine!!!
