Victimized by Woolworths Financial Services

I published my review about Woolworths Financial Services concerning the company's failure to provide me with the balance amount owed on my account but it is disheartening to report that I have not been assisted in this regard. None of the people who communicated wit3 me had the capacity nor the willingness to help. I receive constant messages thanking me for my payment but no assistance with the balance amount. Why is this information such a closely guarded secret to me. It's difficult to arrange for a settlement when I don't know how much I owe... This has been more than a year now. What more should I do.
