VERY VERY VERY SLOW DELIVERY - DISSAPPOINTED

I ordered groceries from Woolworths online yesterday as I was not keen on hitting the shops this month. The timeframe I chose for delivery was between 10am - 13h00 today (26.03.2015). My hasband waitited from 10am until 13h00. I have phoned *** twice and spoke to Sheena and Labika. They called the driver and they keep saying he's on his way. My husband has to leave at 13h30 to fetch our son which I have advised them off. We are very frustreted with their service and would NOT ADVISE anyone to do online shopping with Woolworths if this is what one has to go through for the delivery. It is now 13h48 and the driver is FINALLY there after my third call. My husband now has to rush to fetch our son. THANK YOU WOOLWORTHS FOR YOUR RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!! Very dissappointed!!!
