Very very bad customer service at Wollies Campus Square

I went to exchange a pair slippers I bought from them. The floor manager "Lebo Mabaleni" was called to assist with exchange...He was rude didn't introduce himself gave me attitude and told me I can not do an exchange at that moment I need to come back because they need to find out with the factory what is the problem as I tried to explain to him he walked away from me and swanged his hand at me and spoke in his language saying "I don't have time for this" So what kind of example is he setting for he for the others as a floor manager...
