Very unprofessional customer care-poor service!

<p>I app**** for a woolworths card in 2012 so i could reap the rewards instore on various items..</p> <p>After 3 months i was still waiting for my permanent woolworths card.</p> <p>Till this day im still waiting.</p> <p>Woolworths have also been harrasing me for payment of my account when i dont have a card???? Huh!</p> <p>I've made several attempts by changing postal address etc and stilll have received no eenvelope of any kind</p> <p>Not to mention its been 4 years and the said amount is null and void.</p>
