Very Unhappy Customer

<p>Nearly a month ago I ordered goods online. When the items were delivered eight items were not in stock. I was however, charged for all the goods, with a promise of delivery of the goods at a later stage. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I have never received the goods or a refund. This is just shoddy service. KIndly refund me immediately. </p>
