Very unhappy and disappointed

I am not happy with service. I ordered stuff on sale on the 01st of March. Received an email on 11th because i had enquired why I never got my delivery. Email mentions that someone tried to deliver and i dont believe it for i never miss a delivery for food but when it comes to clothes there is always problems. Now it means i missed the sale.
