very rude staff

Good day,

I went to Mokopane Crossing to do some shopping I felt so bad that I was denied to use a woollies trolley to get to another store and I was told that it can only be used inside the store. Funny enough they allow other trolling to get to store but theirs cant get out of the store. I mean why did they have the trollies? wasn't for shopping convenience?

They had to take away the trolley from me like I was trying to ***** it while everyone (customers) was watching.

I don't think it is ideal to for woollies to have trollies because we cant really use them unless we are in the store.
