Very rude cashier

I was having a lovely day until a cashier by the name of Albertina first signals by hand for me to come pay as opposed calling out "next customer please" as per standard operations and service I receive at any other woolies. I ignored that and approached and greeted, she either didnt greet me or was low. She didn't maintain eye contact nor did she seem interested in helping me. I then asked if she was ok, she then rep**** by saying why am I asking her if she's ok, am I there to buy or to be a psychologist, at this point am flabbergasted and taken aback then I asked to see the manager, she rep**** by saying there is no manager. I then said I am not going anywhere till I see someone. She called a guy im a ssuming was the manager, he then asked her to apologize, she clearly wasn't up for it and condescendingly appologized with a very condescending smile. Thats when the guy (I assume is the manager) told her to go at the back and he helped me. I am very upset about how I was treated at Woolworths Tzaneen.
