Very rude and arrogant

The food place gave my wife the order (chicken)15minutes later she still arguing and making excuses. She just walks off whilst we in the middle of the conversation with me. Meanwhile the item I want to change is only R39.99 surely there is more to wollies then this. Then the manager steps in and solves the issue in 30sec. It's not about the money but about treating customers with respect and dignity.
