Very poor service from Nonjanbulo at Eastgate mall

Woolworths Eastgate Mall, what a nightmare, I was offered Woolworths Credit card which was approved I received a call to go and collect the Credit card at Eastgate Mall, when I got to the store I unassisted by a lady called Nonjabulo with a very stinking attitude for someone who works at customer service, she wanted a proof address of a place I used to rent many years ago when I told her I’m no longer renting in that place she gave me a form that I need to give to the person I used to rent from, where will I find that person ?? Where? I asked her to change to my current address she said that’s impossible the only option I have is to cancel the credit card application if I can’t find the person I used to rent from, what makes me angry the most is the fact that I’m an existing customer for Woolworths and I’m taking up her option to cancel the credit card application and I’ll pay off what I owe on my store card and cancel it as she doesn’t value me as a customer.
