VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I requested for denim short to be send to the Carnival Mall store, ITS BEEN ALMOST 7 WEEKS!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. The lady at the store is really trying to help, thank you Gabby, but there is always someone else that's got a finger in the ****!!!!!!!! Could the person that needs to make sure the transfers from one store to another catch a wake up please?!?! We urgently needs the size 36 Men's Denim shorts!!!!!!!!!!!!
