Very poor customer service

I placed an online order on Monday for collection today at Woolworth Traderoute Mall between 2-3pm. Got there at 3 sharp, a lady was assigned to assist me - 30 minutes later I was told my order was not prepared. It took the store an hour and a half to prepare an order consisting of 7 items. I left the store 16:25
